We had a lovely stay at Canopy hotel. The room was great. A very comfortable bed, spacious, clean and a great bathroom. We made good use of the room and found things to be great. The Tv worked well. Although I did find the smaller details missing such as the smaller bathroom toiletries (earbuds etc) and a kettle to make tea. The pool, gym, restaurant and rooftop bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

Service was amazing! The hotel is very clean, comfortable and I love the design!! Food and drinks were very good, and I also love the location. This is always my first option when I go to West Palm Beach! Mr. Jose at the Valet Parking was very kind and professional! Mr. Santiago at the front desk was incredibly kind, professional and special to us.

Bernie went out of his way within minutes of checking in. Very quick and very accommodating gentleman. The hotel is updated, clean, and very close to everything.

After having stayed at another nearby Hilton property which we were disappointed in...this was a breath of fresh air! It is beautiful! The staff were ALL friendly and helpful. The pool and hotel are lovely. The food is very good. We are very pleased. Shout out to Bernald and Bre they made us feel at home, like old friends.

We were at ths property for the first time last week and must say that the experience was incredible!! The service was exceptional and Seth who was the Font office supervisor went above an beyond to make sure that we had the best stay possible. I would highly recommend that you stay here on your next visit to West palm Beach!

Upon my arrival at the hotel, Bernie was very warm and welcoming. He has a great personality, and I hope that all the staff is as warm as he is.
