服務極差。入住時扣按金未成功（酒店未告之未成功和扣多少按金），第二天早上退房時才告之，且要扣151.71美元（房費我們在入住前已付給平台了，不知道為什麼扣這麼多按金，且我們已退房），系統顯示扣不了，酒店讓我們先離開，回頭電話聯繫。離開酒店2小時後電話聯繫時説扣款有問題，扣不了，説下午4點前給我們答覆。1小時後系統沒經我們同意直接扣了151.71美元。等到下午4點酒店一直未與我們聯繫，我們主動與酒店聯繫，酒店説傳給他們經理了，最晚明後天給我們回覆，現在10天過去了，酒店一直未回覆，且按金未退。這是我們在北美旅行遇到的服務最差的酒店。不推薦。

Everything about our stay was fantastic except for very strong chemical odor in the room. Guessing the carpet had to be cleaned? Unpacking at home even our bags and clothes smell like the room. We both had runny noses and sneezing in the room and thought we might be coming down with a bug but even going to breakfast and just getting out of the room fixed it. If I ever walk into a room like that again I will ask to be moved. The staff were wonderful and I'm sure they would have accommodated. The hotel was great otherwise and i would definitely stay agsin, just not in a room with strong chemicals likd that.

Easy parking. Nice lobby area. Quick elevators. Nice staff. Quick check in. Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was nice and very clean.

It was excellent staffs was friendly , pleasant and place had great foods good service specially the Night shift front Desk I forgot his name He worked 7/9/25 and 7/10/25 He was very Helpful when my Husband and I came late around 1 : am to reprogrammed ours keys to inter the room. Thank you for your Services see you next time for a other Vacation.
