I do not want to overlook our stay at this hotel. While celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, my wife and I decided to spend two nights at AKA West Palm Beach on our way back home. We reserved a room after reading positive reviews from other travelers and chose to stay here. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that did not have a very pleasant view, and my wife felt a bit uncomfortable. I decided to go to the front desk and explain what we were hoping for. We were assisted by the manager, Bradley, who was extremely professional, attentive, and courteous above all else. Taking our anniversary into consideration, he kindly offered us an upgrade at a very thoughtful rate, which we gladly accepted. We truly appreciate his kindness and excellent customer service. Overall, I believe choosing this hotel was a wonderful decision. It is beautiful, cozy, well located, and has an incredible staff. Thank you, Bradley.

Bradley at the front desk at AKA West Palm made my experience exceptional from the moment I arrived. He was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across someone who balances efficiency with such a warm and personable attitude, but Bradley did exactly that. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless, answered questions with patience and kindness, and created the kind of atmosphere that makes guests feel truly valued.
