The overall feeling is good; it is suitable to stay here if you come to Perth for the first time; the Black Swan River is right outside the hotel, which is nice to go out for a run in the morning; and there is a bus stop right outside, but Perth is not big overall, and it is very close to everywhere; However, the hotel is under renovation recently, and the construction starts very early in the morning, which is a bit noisy. Other things are good

Facilities were great. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options. Location was great as long as you are capable of walking. We had a renovated room which was fantastic
