Wonderful hotel.Service from all the staff were excellent.Friendly,courteous and always ready to greet or help u anytime.Hotel is very clean and room are very big.My family really enjoy ourself.The hotel view was excellent too!

Top notch 5 star hotel. Make sure to upgrade the room for a better view. A bit out from the CBD but worth the distance.

Only stayed the one night.
Service was great food was great there wasn't much to fault.
Was a bit disappointing that you can't use the pool after sun down or checkout meaning a one night stay with kids you don't get much pool time

Facilities of the hotel is excellent, we especially enjoyed the swimming pool which was well designed and good for photos. Cleanliness of the hotel is yet to be improved, there was a piece of chicken meat left in the sink until the water flushed it out, and some black molds sticked on the wall and floor in the bathroom. This was not expected for a six stars hotel. The view of Swan River is perfect at the rooms we stayed.
