There's a reason this hotel consistently wins awards in the IHG line. My husband used to travel a lot for work and we have a lot of points built up. When rewards rooms opened up where we could book for the eclipse a year ago, we booked three. We were granted early check in, late departure, the manager greeted my husband by name without looking anything up (she just remembered him!), the desk clerk knew our room number without looking it up, and Pam who was working the breakfast room was friendly and efficient. We were also surprised to find two pair of eclipses glasses in each of our rooms as well as a local guide to the town and information about the eclipse. This is how a hotel should be run. Kudos!
