Paid in full through ******* and was charged extra at check in and when asking for a refund I was directed to contact ******* even though ******* had nothing to do with the extra charge the woman working the check in counter accidentally charged the extra and the manager is not available and I was directed towards

Sheets/bedding smelled of cigarette smoke in a nonsmoking room. I am guessing it came from the hands of smoking housekeeping staff.

I’ve started here now six times or so and this time was a much different experience. I was given a second floor room instead of first and it went from pretty nice to pretty gross fast. The bedding on the first floor is nice and relatively new. Second floor bedding looks decades old and there is a smell I couldn’t identify (musty-ish).
If I can’t get a first floor room in the future I probably won’t stay here.
