Good for the price. At the beginning the room had a cigarette smell. microwave didn’t work. Limited channels on TV(couldn’t see the AFC Championship game). Front desk not to friendly. Space in room was good and bathroom was clean with hot water.

My stay was pleasant. I was put in a handicap accessible room. I didn't like that but I did not put them through moving me. I had several appointments and needed my rest so I didn't bother Miss Rose. I did tell her and she was willing to move me.

I saw the 7.2 and booked a room. Then I looked at the feedback and got a little worried. Yeah, the room was due for a makeover, but it was clean and the bed was a California King and was great. Staff was friendly and doing the best with what they have. Continental Breakfast was weak at 9:00am. Not sure if it was already cleaned out. Overall, the stay was satisfactory. The $200 a night hotel close by had about the same rating so I guess it's always a roll of the dice when you get a room anywhere.

No hot water in shower room 227. Brought it up to the front desk a few times, came in at 11pm and still no hot water, had to change rooms at 11pm, SMH. Fix the plumbing

Room smelled like cigarette smoke and was missing toilet paper holder. They used to have a better breakfast selection.
