The Dormy House Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dormy House Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The accommodation was fantastic, offering a perfect blend of comfort and classy. The room was thoughtfully designed, ensuring a cosy and relaxing stay. (we even booked an extra night!). A highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food and service in the restaurant. Each meal was a delight, prepared with the freshest ingredients and tasted great (it stands up to its claim to be 'the best roast on the coast!'. What truly sets Dormy House apart, however, is the outstanding staff team. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Their warm hospitality and genuine care made us feel right at home and truly enhanced our stay. In summary, Dormy House Hotel offers a brilliant experience with its fantastic accommodations, superb dining, and exceptional staff. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Just had a family meal in here. It was by far the best carvery I've ever had (and have had a fair few since 1978). Other family members meals from main menu were also very good indeed. Very reasonable cost too.Staff were friendly and attentive as well. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed for 3 nights. Very pleasant hotel. Staff always very happy to help. Food great. Breakfast amazing. Dinner real choice and freshly cooked Had room with view of sea. Would stay again

Took our 9 month old out for his first meal and couldn’t find a single fault. Food was excellent but the real winner was the service. Didn’t catch the male waiters name but he was incredible, from quick service for drinks to making no fuss over our little requests for our son. Would recommend especially for families.

Staff very friendly so helpful made us feel comfortable

We originally booked for just the one night. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the hotel excellent value for money. We decided to stay for an extra night and did not regret it. The cost of the room included breakfast. Wow what a fantastic breakfast. From full English all the way to fresh fruit and pastries. The quality was exceptional. I have never had a better full English (and I’ve had a few lol) The location on the coast with sea view is perfect. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and will definitely be coming back. If you are looking for a great place to stay that’s value for money and with great staff look no further than the Dormy House Hotel.
