Orchard Park Inn

Our reservation was apparently cancelled without us knowing. when we called to let the hotel know we would check in late (several hours b4 check in) we were informed no one could stay there due to weather. Which is undertandable, but to not be informed until I CALLED after a 5 hrs drive seems incredibly unprofessional.

This is an older very large property close to Highmark Stadium with many places to eat and Strikers Lanes bowling close by. It was warm with a good shower and very quiet. It can be an economical option for one night depending on the date.

My room was exactly what I expected. No more, no less. It was clean, functional and close to highmark stadium. (I went to the bills game the day I stayed at the Orchard Park inn.) It was a six min walk from a nice sports bar as well.

The property is very old. Renovations need to be done. The price asked was around 110$USD while I believe the max price should ve been 45$. TV did not work, shower knob was not working. Door lock was barely working and the lack or air circulation made the air humid and smelly. WiFi was non existent from our room. We went there for the Bills game.

I never stayed at a property in such poor condition. We were tempted to leave or sleep in the car.

They need some serious cosmetic repairs but all in all good stay

Owner behaved angrily and horribly with our family. We, 2 couple booked two rooms on the same day before few hours through ******* and entered the reception to check in at late night. He told that he can’t find the details but as it was late night and we have old people along with us we asked him to doible check about the booking as we received the confirmation but he spoke badly and told that we didn’t trust him even when we requested to provide us any available room, but he don’t want to give and did verbal abuse to men in my family including me who is a lady by saying more than 5 times fu..k off and and threw us out and shut door on face. People with behavior issues are dangerous to customers. We were struck on road for a long time without doing any mistake apart from trusting the Hotel and ******* pages. Very painful experience to my entire family. Please save yourselves from him. anger issues. Owner behaved horribly with our family. We book a room on the same day before few hours through ******* and entered the reception to check in at late night. He told that he didn’t have the details from *******. It was around 12 AM and we have older couple with us. We requested him to check again but he played victim card and told that we didn’t trust him. We pinged ******* and asked him to provide another room and we told that we will pay but he told I will not give and I don’t wnat to give to you. When we tried to talk more he came on us and violently started rushing towards us 2 men and me who is a lady out of door by yelling fu..k off many times and closed the door on face. We got a replacement room with additional payment from ******* but being non-smokers we had to struggle in smoke smell filled room.
