The hardware facilities are good, and the service management level is relatively stable. The internal facilities are complete. Parking is free. The room and hotel were very clean. Nice bathroom, good amount of hot water, nice products in bathroom. Never got the climate control to work- thermostat in room kept showing "Err". mini fridge did not fit peoperly in the space-see pix. Good number of outlets and USB ports. Good lighting. The in room coffee is awful-Holiday Inn Express has Keurigs that do much better! For my taste, I found the bed and pillows too soft. Breakfast was fine-several choices. There was a problem with billing but it was finally resolved. Stayed here before on business and I think it is a good choice.

Great location for shopping and going to Highmark Stadium. Clean hotel and property. The breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of variety that will suit everyone, including gluten-free options. The only downside was the hard, uncomfortable beds.

Fantastic 2 night stay. Clean comfortable room. Easy parking. Morning breakfast was also good. Front staff always helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
