Sila Norphel Pelling

Breakfast : Very good. Rooms : Above reception with views is good, and below reception without views are worse, especially room 202( no ventilation, no fresh air). You must book only if you get rooms with view above reception. You can check with them for food varieties, including Jain food.

Recently we stayed in Sila Norphel for 3 Night. Our stay was very pleasent . The view of mount Kanchenjunga was just speech less. You can see Rangeet River from top floor. The staff was very courteous . The quality & taste of food are excellent. Overall it was a very pleasant stay n I will recommend to avail it's hospitality.

MISLEADING REVIEWS!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Booked this hotel seeing the great reviews everywhere and this turned out to be a DISASTER. We booked for two nights and ended up checking out after the 1st night wasting our money. THE HOTEL HAS NO POWER BACKUP as was mentioned on their booking page on GoIbibo. There was a powercut for the whole night and we spent the whole night shivering at 4 degrees. There are so many better options in pelling. The Udaan Pine Crest just beside this hotel , where we stayed for the second night is such a great hotel with more or less same price for rooms. Oh yes! They charge you Rs 900/day for room heaters.. The Udaan hotel next door charges Rs 350/day..

Excellent location and food. Yatrika madam was very helpful. We had an amazing time. The location is superb and the view of the mountain was clear from the room. Easily the best hotel in Pelling. All the staffs were very good. Thank you Sila hotel!

Recently stayed at Sila Norphel hotel in Lower Pelling during our family trip to Sikkim in January. The staff was incredibly friendly, cooperative, and well-behaved. The highlight was waking up to breathtaking views of snow-capped Kanchenjunga right from our bed and even the bathroom. Special thanks to Yatrika for flawlessly arranging everything. Excellent view from the glass window just above the bed is the best part of the hotel. You can enjoy the view lying on your bed. Staff are so lovely al, quick is providing you an assistant you required. Food quality on top. If you want to keep your self away for some time from the busy life then it's the best option in pelling

Experience is very nice. Location is very quiet which we wanted. I have booked mountain view room. View is awesome with kanchenjanga range. Since booking till arrival, the person I have coordinated with, Yatrika Rai, she was very responsive over whats app also. The services were very good. I would like to recommend to my friends and family.

The place has mesmerising view from room. With great service ,staff to awesome food, everything at Sila Norphel is just immaculate. Yatrika is a great coordinator and she helped us with our booking, cab facility and a perfect and peaceful stay at Sila Norphel. Higly reccomended.
