Excellent view point and services are very good , staff are very friendly and cooperative, this is highly recommended for the people coming down south restaurant service is excellent specially Ms akangcha she is very polite and innocent cute

We booked this property through my trip. Before confirming I called and asked about wheel chair accessibility and availability of lift 15-20 days in advance. As I was travelling with my family and my father is wheel chair bound. When we reached the property the lift was not working. Which made us wait for around 1 and half hours in the lounge. After travelling for 7-8 hours from Gangtok to Pelling, it was such a harassment. On further enquiry there was a battery issue which was ongoing for quite long. The property was full of elderly people and almost everyone was troubled and complaining. After a long wait, we finally had a word with some lift technician at Siliguri. Me and my friend ***** with one hotel staff troubleshooted the lift, after which it started working. Morning breakfast was again filled with misery. We were welcomed with a lack of staff and an empty buffet. Hotel staff was helpless as the management did not provide them with sufficient staff. This was supposed to be the most premium property of Pelling, yet it was so ill-managed.

This was the best place to stay. Very clean. Food was absolutely good. Room was very clean, and the staff was also very polite. Especially Akancha and Deepam from restaurant.And Front office staff Pooja was also very helpful. And thanks to houskeeping Team also.

Very nice and clead hotel, our room had a very clear view of Mt. Kanchenjunga (as was claimed by the Hotel). Excellent views of the Himalayas. The staff was very good, helpful, especially Pooja in Reception and Akanksha in the restaurant. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The rooms are spacious. The food quality is too good. Price is reasonable. Staffs are very Cooperative. Even keeping small things in mind and taking care of them. Smoking Rooms are available. Very near to SBI ATM in Pelling. Bengali foods are available like Khichdi Dal Sabzi etc

The staff here are courteous, especially we liked the service of Miss Akaansha,she is very active and quick in her service, I was watching her do her duties explicitly, and the other staff members were doing their duties sincerely I would definitely recommend your hotel to my family and friends . Food excellent.Had memorable experience here .
