Tonight, on May 21. My husband and I checked in at this hotel and ******. The front desk girl, asked me where I booked my reservation. I stated “ *******” She gave me a room #325 right by the roof without absolutely no view, I asked her for a room upgrade but she told me NO BECAUSE I BOOKED IT WITH *******. She gave me another room #422 so I was ok thinking that I had some kind of view, well she gave me another room with a huge air conditioning unit blocking the parking lot. ******* contacted her and she totally lied. She told ******* agent that the hotel was at full capacity. There is nobody else to talk it like that she is in charge of the hotel operations. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. She doesn’t represent the hotel well. I should be able to get an upgrade if I pay for it but she won’t even give that choice she just say. NO! She is a lier and it is very disappointed to deal with this type of employees.

Bring your own oxygen! Everyone and their mother, grandmother, and grandfather are smoking in the place. Ventilation is bad! 🚬 Cancer ****** would be a more appropriate name.

Had a bit of a problem getting used to elevator security keys since that was new for us.

If you’re smart you should never go to this ****** I’ve been ******** there for years. And they are nothing but highway Robbery I’ll drive for hrs just to go somewhere else this place has ruined many lives including my own…no bs they will take your money fair warning
