Tonight, on May 21. My husband and I checked in at this hotel and ******. The front desk girl, asked me where I booked my reservation. I stated “ *******” She gave me a room #325 right by the roof without absolutely no view, I asked her for a room upgrade but she told me NO BECAUSE I BOOKED IT WITH *******. She gave me another room #422 so I was ok thinking that I had some kind of view, well she gave me another room with a huge air conditioning unit blocking the parking lot. ******* contacted her and she totally lied. She told ******* agent that the hotel was at full capacity. There is nobody else to talk it like that she is in charge of the hotel operations. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. She doesn’t represent the hotel well. I should be able to get an upgrade if I pay for it but she won’t even give that choice she just say. NO! She is a lier and it is very disappointed to deal with this type of employees.
