Hotel Saffron Suites

The swimming pool is covered per***ently and a hall is built on top of it kindly don't put misleading pictures. Lunch was served 1. 5 hours after the order. Other than that every thing was good.

The food quality & variety were good enough. Location is good. As such we didn't expected such a standard hotel in chaibasa like small town.

A good hotel for a place like chaibasa. Can't expect more. Food is consumable. Staff in a remote location is likely to miss the etiquette of a city person. Check out time is 10:00 am which is too early. No better property available in chaibasa than this hotel. Hotel needs to mark the directions for ease of guest to locate the hotel.

The hotel is clean and staff courtious. Rooms are large enough. Overall we had a nice experience staying there.

***** with my family ,I visited the hotel saffron suites in a wedding ceremony on 7th july 2022 . After attending mehandi function when I came back to my room, I found lost my 29000 rs. From my suitcase. When I lodge complain the ***ager, he said he will talk to owner and ask me wait for some time. Next day at the time of checkout i again requested to ***ager for my concern and I asked the footage of security camera ,which was just outside of my room. We said owner will come tomorrow and he has the camera access. I noted down my mail id on his register and asked him to mail footage. Regularly After returning my home town Jaipur, i regularly called for ten days on his number for footage or my concern and every time he replied to sending details within 10-15 minutes on my mail id. At last i threatened him to go to police , he gave me the number of owner. When I called the owner Mr. Harsh, he said that all footage has deleted on 10th day. He said I will not get any money or any footage. He threatened me not to call again to him. This criminal type of activities are happening in this hotel. God knows why govt. Is not taking strict action on this kind of hotels and why don't shut down these kind of places, where guest and tourist are getting robbed. I request everybody who is reading this review ,must complain to govt regularities to close this hotel.
