Heerlijk hotel. Mooie ligging op het eiland aan de hoofdweg. Uitzicht op de jachthaven en de waddenzee heel mooi. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en een heerlijk ontbijt in een prachtige eetzaal. Bedden zijn heerlijk en in het hotel rustig. Kortom we gaan zeker terugkomen!

We loved the location and friendly staff. We stayed in a studio ocean view which had 2 bedrooms , small kitchen, living room and dining area .Comfortable beds and clean renovated bathrooms. The only thing that would have been useful would have been an extra mirror somewhere outside of the bathroom 😉

Bij inchecken bleken de geboekte twin bedden niet in het systeem te staan . Wel gekregen. De volgende mededeling was dat het zwembad lek was, dus de in ons arrangement geboekte sauna was ook pleite. We konden wel 5 minuten lopen naar een ander hotel gaan om te zwemmen. Helaas werkt het verblijf in een hotel niet zo want ik loop niet in mijn ochtendjas naar een ander hotel. Het ontbijt was mager.

Prachtig hotel op toplocatie: aan de haven, op loopafstand van veerboot en grootste dorp West-Terschelling. Personeel is vriendelijk en goed opgeleid.

Heel fijn bed, ruime kamer, lekker ontbijtbuffet, betaalbare wellnessfaciliteiten. Bij het fijne bed ontbreekt wel een goed leeslampje en een nachtkastje (je moet wel erg ver weg reiken om je kopje thee neer te zetten). Wat een beetje jammer was dat bij het uitchecken niet vermeld was dat de bagageservice tot 10.30 mogelijk was. Hierdoor moest ik alsnog een flink eind lopen met al mijn bepakking.

Graag hadden we wandelend eilandhoppend 2 nachten in het hotel overnacht. Echter per ongeluk een verkeerde datum ingevoerd. Door de no refund bepaling 144 euro lichter. Jammer dat er niets mogelijk bleek in een tegemoetkoming. Beroepen op procedures, wel begrip tonen, maar niets regelen. Als je wilt kun je service verlenen, je bent zelf in charge. Jammer, geldwolven.
