Fairfield Inn & Suites Salt Lake City Southwest

Staff was help and kind. Unfortunately we had a long day and the hotels key machine was not working. And could not get a key until the next day. The staff was very apologetic and helpful.

The room was great and so were the staff at the hotel! Everything was so clean and the breakfast was wonderful!

Clean room, good breakfast, very new and well maintained hotel. However, I will only be able to offer 4 star because the towel was not clean enough. There are some hairs from previous guest.

Not the best first impression. Was in town for Christmas. The split system AC/heater was extremely noisy and didn’t turn off regardless of mode or fan speeds. mattress way to firm, pillows not comfortable. Needless to say 3 nights of very little sleep. Room layout was not ideal especially for a newer construction. I guess I expected more from a new place. I won’t return on my next visit. Other places in the area are more comfortable and a better value.

Breakfast was good waffles were really good theres several options of toppings for oatmeal.. parking was decent staff was very nice and friendly

Clean, new, conveniently located. Very nice place to stay. Lots of healthy options for breakfast. Great shower and bathroom space. Nice fitness center.

All 3 nights we were there I tried to turn the HVAC system off when going to bed, but the auto fan kept running through the night. At times we would wake up because it was to too hot or the fan noise. The breakfast was just ok. It's the same at all Marriott hotels. I prefer a more buffet style breakfast. The food seems to be a little refresher.

Friendly at check in. Facility and rooms clean. Mattresses not great. Bathtub has a continuous leaky faucet but it wasn't noisy, just a waste of water.
