TownePlace Suites Salt Lake City-West Valley

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay here again!

Stay away. I had a horrible experience here. Only one attendant to ck folks in and totally incompetent on top of it. Could barely type. Gave a handicap room because it was the last room! Really it was just six o'clock. I asked for a different room....he called his manager...20 minutes later sorry can't do anything. I go back to the room....the AC is not working. I go back downstairs and wait in line for the attendant...he call engineering...15 minutes later he says he doesn't know when they will come....really? He hands me a dirty fan! I go back to the room....not good. I go back d downstairs and say I want to ck out and my money back..he calls his manager ans 30 minutes comes back and says sorry no refund but we can give me points for my stay? I asked if I could speak to his manager on the phone. He says she is off and not available. I said you just spoke to her! Liar! I go next door to the Hilton which is much cleaner and quieter and get a room. I call Marriott and was told to make sure I get proof I checked out...so I go back to Marriott and had to wait forever for the attendant to ck me out. He seemed to not know how to do it. Finally at 8:30pm I am done with him. This hotel refused to refund my money even though the room was inhabitable! Good news is Marriott did....so ha on this hotel!!!!!!
