The hotel is very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, the shower has great water pressure, and comfy bed. It is also very easy to get to and in a quiet area. The problem for me was the hotel itself was very noisy -- the walls are paper thin. There was also something inside the wall that would knock -- like possibly a plumbing issue. We couldn't get it to stop. Our bathroom door (slider type that hides inside the wall) wouldn't stay OPEN ever -- it just slammed shut all the time, so we had to prop it open with something heavy to let the hot steam out. The TVs didn't work easily. We were told they "just got a new system" that now requires two remotes, and no instructions on how to use either. While I liked the overall location, I don't think i would stay again.

I booked the wrong night for a business trip which is on me. However, I called the day before and was advised to purchase a new room for the correct date, but that when I got onsite to explain the situation to a manager for a refund. When onsite I did just that, but was told they’d call me back after my stay to help and they I should have been refunded. No one called, and so I just called back and was informed I never should have been offered in refund in both previous interactions. Terrible business practice and terrible ethics.

Seemed nice enough. First room had a mattress which had a large dip in it. Asked for another room. I am a Diamond and while I did get a better room, I had asked for the upgrade the day before and was only give a queen room. Nice pool and hot tub. Important note - apparently the hotel will be without water, i.e. plumbing, on 26-jan-2026 from 9am-5pm. They has signs posted. When I asked then if they are still taking reservations for that time frame , they had no reply. Seems a bit off to me to be taking reservations when the hotel has signs clearly indicating no water for that day.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were courteous and polite, hotel was located in a quiet place.

Staff was friendly and welcoming but the floor of our room was definitely not vacuumed before our stay there were small wrappers and other things under and around the bed. Also, the blinds were broken- which we brought to their attention.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Location: nestled off main roads, tucked away on a quiet road where there are a few other businesses and at end of road a target and nice shopping and food Room: quiet and you could control the fan in room which was important to me . Clean comfortable and spacious, Staff: all I encountered were fabulous, Food; delicious , wish had more egg options or bacon but the eggs I had were tasty, great coffee fresh all of the time, nice lobby

Very close to the airport and our destination. We loved our room, very comfortable and spacious. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

I am a Hilton Diamond member and I have never been in a Hilton that is so bad that it deserves a -10 review. The worst Hilton I have stayed at. We stayed for a week and I used up all my points and then paid for four days. When we got to our room, it looked good, but it was smelly. It smelled like sewer so we called them and the guy at the front desk came upstairs and agreed saying it does smell bad but he will have engineer come in the morning. He didn’t know why it was so smelly. In the morning the engineer came and put a lot of different kinds of liquids and told us that all the drains for sink, toilet, and shower are connected and go through under the shower and that’s why when the water is not on it smells. After about a couple of hours, it started smelling again. We asked them for a different room, but they said they’re full and there are no rooms available for the whole week. I did ask a few different times, but they kept on saying there were no rooms available. The night staff and night manager was nice and told me that a manager would come see me in the morning, but for seven days, I was there not a single manager came in. I was there for work and other hotels were very expensive and I had already used up my points so I was stuck here. The management lies and never shows up. As others have mentioned, there is no early check-in or late checkout. The hotel was empty as you can see there was no one in the parking lot but they told me I had to leave by 12. I was an hour late and they charged me. I have never seen such a rude staff that is so unprofessional. I don’t recommend this Hilton to anyone. This is a franchise and the owners need to learn how to be in this hospitality business and be a professional Hilton franchisee.

I was booked at this hotel by a relative. The hotel itself was decent, but the house keeping needs to actually provide house keeping. I took photographs of hair on the shower siding before I even had the chance to use it. I have no hair due to illness, so I knew that I was going to chat with mgmt. I made contact with the assistant GM, sending the photos. My concerns apparently were not of concern. I had to steam a room that should have been cleaned prior to my arrival. The clerk at the front desk was so helpful, I talked to her multiple times and feel bad that I did not get her name.
