The staff the fact that they are pet friendly and treat every body equal, ut eas a very pleasant stay.

Huge shoutout to Faith and April at the front desk of Extended Stay in West Valley City (SLC). ******* completely messed up my booking, and they stepped in right away and handled it like pros. They stayed patient, worked through the issue, and made sure I was taken care of without any stress. That kind of service is rare—they went above and beyond and really had my back when things could’ve gone sideways. Appreciate you both for keeping it smooth and professional. Definitely made my stay way better.

Website said the total charge for my two dogs was 150.00 dollars. Actual charge was 320.00 dollars. Staff said the website was wrong and to cancel my reservation would result in a full charge for the week i had booked. The lady was not kind in her speech or manner. I will not be staying at an Extended Stay again.

Breakfast was NOT included as there was none. All that available was black coffee NO creamer and a very small basket of protein bars, which I could not have due to dietary restriction. No eggs, no juice, no cereal, nothing.

Didn't make much use of kitchen other than refrigerator, but nice to have available. Hot shower, working TV, comfortable bed, clean room - no issues.

Property was VERY old n tired. Stained carpets n floors n such. Staff was nice enough but eeesh. The room was ok but the kitchen had zero dishware...not even a cup for coffee.

I was charged a smoking fee two days after i had out. There was no manager to answer my call to explain I do not smoke. The floors were also very dirty making the soles of my feet black .
