Absolutely do not stay here or trust them with your credit card. We stayed for less than 24 hours. 3 days later, we see a charge on our card and called the manager. He told us his cleaning staff stated there was a pink stain on the towel from a product. We had 0 products with us and were only in the hotel to sleep and leave. We asked for photos or evidence and they have none and rudely refused to reverse the charge. Instead, they told us they actually could have charged more. Would never stay here again.

If the owner from Iraq is there when you check out don't rely on getting your $100 deposit back not with him at the counter he charged me $150 for a single wash cloth that had coffee stain on it $150.. TIP: TAKE ALL THE TOWELS THEY DISPOSE OF THEM ANYWAYS THEY TOLD ME so why am I getting charged $150 for something they are throwing away I don't know

I paid for a wheelchair accessible room and when i arrived they could not accomidate me and was turned y because i han too much stuff with me ,jis poor excuse for not being able to accommodate me i only had1 cart of stuff ! So now this foreign guy who manages the place wants to keep my moneyand not refund me anything im going to ppst this issue with fox 13 news and channel 2 to run a story on th deceptive practices of cheating people out of th money

Clean comfortable room, hair dryer didn’t work. Easy access to shopping and freeway.

Easy to get to from the airport, roughly 15 15-minute drive. The beds were hard, I had a sore back after both nights, and there were no yogurt or cold items for breakfast both nights. The tissues were sandpaper. The room was small, but it did its job as a place to stay for the night.

The room was not clean at all. It had a weird smell. There were some hair hanging from the light fixture in the bathroom. I went downstairs for breakfast and there were not hot items anymore. The lady said she was closing the breakfast at 8:30 and no cooking anymore. The breakfast was supposed to be done by 9am.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights while attending a wedding for close friends. The location was convenient, right off the freeway and fairly central to the wedding and reception. Check-in was excellent—staff were friendly and helpful, which started our stay on a positive note. Once inside the room, things went downhill. The room felt a little cramped, and while not terrible, it was oddly decorated—the desk was placed halfway across an adjoining door, which didn’t make much sense. We also noticed a cigarette burn in the carpet, which raised a red flag and led us to inspect things more closely. Unfortunately, the bathroom confirmed our concerns: the shower door was rotting, the shower knob was grimy, and overall it just didn’t feel clean enough to use barefoot. The one positive was that the bed and sheets were clean and comfortable, so at least we could get some rest. However, even lying in bed, we noticed dirty handprints and other unidentifiable markings on the ceiling—hardly a relaxing atmosphere. We considered canceling the second night and moving closer to the reception, but the hotel informed us that because our booking was under a “promotional offer” (which we didn’t realize—we apparently saved all of $4), cancellations weren’t allowed. That policy forced us to stick it out for both nights. In the end, we made do—keeping socks on, taking quick sponge baths with washcloths, and focusing on the wedding activities. While the staff was great and the bed was fine, the overall cleanliness and maintenance issues were too much to overlook. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again.
