Comfort Inn West Valley - Salt Lake City South

The actual mattresses looked like they had actually been peed on multiple times and the outer side door didn’t really lock. I found some sort of bug in one of the cups in the room. Breakfast was mediocre and service was ok.

Room was hot. Hot tub was not. If you need a cheap hotel with close proximity to the Maverick Center, this is it. Not fancy and it’s old but not terrible.

Hotel was not clean. Carpets are very old and dirty in the hallways and stairs, it is old and dirty. One staff lady was rude when we check in, she was not friendly but Sharon was really nice when we check out.

This place was disgusting. Everything was very dirty. The carpet was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We found garbage around the beds. The shower wall was broken, and the bathroom was extremely dingy.

Rooms were nice ,clean, I've always gotten a receipt from any hotel I've stayed at even with a 3rd party but not at this hotel which didnt want to do alot for the customer,

The hot tub was a very nice commodity. There was a dog barking most of the night in one of the rooms. It made it difficult to get to sleep til about midnight.

The card keys would stop working every couple hours so we would have to get them reset basically every time we tried to get into our room. The tub was clogged with hair, the sink I cracked. Tiles in the elevator are cracked and the 3rd floor button is worn out and doesn’t always work. Overall it just seems run down and that no one really cares. I don’t recommend this place.
