What a wonderful hidden gem; elevator was out and Front Desk was so accommodating and was willing to change our room. We stayed with 2nd floor and elevator was fixed within an hour. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit that had to be picked that morning. Staff was just wonderful

I will never stay at Crystal Inn again. Booked a King room, and even confirmed with the hotel by phone early in the day. Arrived to be told my king room was given away and we got a 2 queen. Room was in noisy location on first floor. Dusty. Breakfast next day was supposed to be until 9, plates and food were being packed up at 8:40. Next day breakfast was interrupted at 8 by vacumming and cleaning up, no one could have conversations. Used the laundry, dryer didn't dry! Avoid at all costs ! I was told by the receptionist a room booked with Trip.com just guarantees you a room, not the room type you chose ! ALWAYS book directly with hotel chain sites!

It's alright. We booked this hotel because our tour group met here. The rooms are quite large, but they're very old.

Very clean, the breakfast was plentiful, and there was a microwave and coffee machine, which was very convenient. The staff were very patient and friendly, and there was a free airport shuttle service. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose it again next time.
