The place is very clean and smell good. The indoor pool is awesome.. the swimming pool is great. For the price i paid this place worth every penny.. This place is closer to nice beaches.. the staffs are really good and helpful.. i love the fire pit they have..

When I saw this was a 2 star hotel I almost cancelled. I loved it. Sitting on the water, listening to the birds, fabulous mattress and pillows .. all for less than most hotels in the area. It should get a 3 or 4 rating! Easy location to find and close to so many things to do and see.

Great place for a weekend getaway! This hotel is kept clean and neat with updated rooms and fresh linens. Very spacious rooms with big beds! There are two pools!!! And Jacuzzi! Very close to all coffe shops, restaurants and bigger sity is in 5 min with airport and a ferry for bigger trips! Strongly recommended! Well kept hotel!

The entire staff is Awesome. The rooms very clean. Beds are wicked comfortable View is Beautiful. This is a gem for Cape Cod. I would go nowhere else. Can not say enough about the staff and owner. Welcoming friendly and beyond impressed. Thank you for everything.

This is a shady place with a lot of hassle while checkin. Its not safe at all. Feels like a cheap motel where you can easily be robbed or harmed. No room service (including cleaning of your room, trash bin) if you aren’t staying for more than 4 days. No hot water in the sink. Rooms were cold during my stay in Winter season, heating wasn’t adequate. There was big black bugs on mattress, pillow. Wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Updated, clean, bed very comfortable, nice to have a small refrigerator. Pleasant view from sliding glass doors out to the back. We we're there in February and the view of the saltmarsh and the small wildlife activity with the lightly falling snow was serene and beautiful. We had avery pleasant stay.

The gentleman at the desk was awesome. The place was clean and bed comfortable. If I had to complain about something it would be the hot water. It took forever to get hot and no in room microwave. I am looking forward to my next stay here.

Room clean, website still had hot tub available but when I got there I was informed otherwise and the person at the front desk made sure the discrepency was added to a email after the fact.
They may want to change the doors between rooms as I had to listen the person in the next room till 10:00 pm discussing family problems.
