Our stay at Colonial Acres in West Yarmouth was great. The location is near the island ferries and other interesting places to visit. Our unit was cozy and clean -- perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the activities provided on site in the Craft Room. The heated indoor pool and hot tub were a nice plus for our chilly week.

Rented from someone who owns the timeshare. This is a small unit on the second floor stating it sleeps four. The bedroom with queen bed was nice and the bed was very comfortable. If you use the pull out couch, there is no room to move around, you have to move furniture to make room. The pull out couch was uncomfortable, and could not be slept on. I asked for mattress topper, and after talking to three different people, I received one and it was a little better. The wooden porch rail near my end unit was broken and my grandkids could have easily fallen over. I almost fell over while shaking out my towel. The maintenance guy fixed it.

We stayed In the 2 bedroom cottage. It was a great size condo and extremely close to colonial acres beach, we loved it here and would definitely come again.It was nice having a grill right outside our door.

Lovely 1 bedroom with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Carol and Trish were helpful and kind. Maids offered clean towels and removed trash everyday. Fun indoor pool . I will be staying here in the future.

Very clean, great location, staff is wonderful, pleasant, accommodating and helpful! There are not too many places on Cape that will change out your towels every day, if you want them to. Thank you everyone! Maureen

The location, the staff, and the room were all above expectations. Yes, the one bedroom was small but it was stocked with everything necessary for a great vacation. Short walk to a small beach was certainly a plus! However, the best part was the staff. Friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating! We can’t wait to return.

The resort is amazing! We stayed in a 1 bedroom cottage, it was sparkling clean and the pullout couch was really comfy!! The staff were friendly and extremely helpful! I left a few new shirts there they helped me with getting them back, always friendly , kind and professional. Quick walk to the beach, the pool and hot tub were also well taken care if and clean! Highly recommend! Will be back!!!

The WiFi was horrible and I was supposed to be working. It made my days very difficult. It would have been nice to have notice. DONT GO IF YOU NEED TO WORK!!
Otherwise, it was a cute cottage and my kids loved the pool. I loved the grill. The dishwasher was horrible and falling apart but at least there was one.
