The hotel was fully booked during the peak tourist season, and the lady at the front desk looked very tired. There are not many choices for breakfast. After all, it is free, so I don’t have high expectations. The surrounding area is very convenient.

Great property, staff and amenities. The toilet in my room didn’t flush, even after a visit from the maintenance person on duty. Luckily, there was a bathroom in the lobby. I enjoyed the pool, and the restaurant was quite popular, as the food was great if you like Indian cuisine. Would definitely recommend.

Nice overnight stay. Good off season price. Room was clean, neat and comfortable. The lobby area was very nice. There was some renovation going on but did not affect my stay. Check in was quick and front desk staff was very efficient. Breakfast was kind of disappointing compared to other Best Westerns. It did say continental but it still was lacking. Conveniently located on Route 28 and a quick ride to Hyannis or to start your exploring.

After waiting a few minutes for a front desk clerk, I called the phone number posted at the desk, at which point 2 men came to check me in. Room was clean and updated. In the morning, my keys did not work; the desk clerk had to rekey them. Check out was very smooth.

Room was okay. Some cobwebs in corners, the air conditioner/heater was unplugged on first entry, and the bath tub wasn't sealed or seated so it creaked and shifted. Heard good things about the restaurant there but I got in too late to try it out. Bed was comfortable enough though, and the check-in process was smooth.
There are better options in the area, but there are worse as well. Check the other reviews for a better idea, I'd say

To say I’m disgusted is an understatement, place was so nasty! They tried 3 rooms and every one had hair, pee / stains mattresses , stains all over , cracks / peeling in bathrooms . Took me and the 5 kids I was with out if there at 3 am we couldn’t stay in a place like that .
