"There is a parking lot, the bed is large and can take a child to sleep. The service is very good and very clean. We agreed to stay here the next time we come back. There is a supermarket nearby, it is convenient and not expensive to buy."

"The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the town center. Check-in was smooth, and David was very polite and informative. The room was clean, well-maintained, and smelled fresh. However, my room was on the third floor and there’s no elevator, which was fine for me but could be challenging for elderly guests. Breakfast was decent, though the dining area felt quite cramped."

"Hotel location is good, walk about 10 minutes to the beach. Drive about 10 minutes to the town, there are several specialty shops. Motel, the conditions are relatively simple, don't expect too much."

"I chose to stay here with my family for a vacation. The hotel is very close to Yellowstone Park! It takes about five minutes to drive. When I booked, it was written that breakfast was not included, but when I actually checked in, I found that breakfast was included, but the breakfast selection was very limited. However, McDonald's is next to the hotel, which is only a three-minute walk away, which is also very convenient. Overall, the experience was very good. I saw a lot of wild animals in Yellowstone Park in winter!"

"I don’t really recommend this hotel. I had no other option because West Yellowstone was booked solid. The place is relatively clean, but so old I can’t tell if something is old or dirty. The young man at the front desk is a true *******. We were two hours early for check-in, and all his rooms were available, but he told me to return. I thought that was no way to treat travelers after being on the road for hours. I don’t think I’ll ever stay there again, unless of course, there’s no other options."

"Good location, downtown of West Yellow stone. The staff is friendly, But the facilities are a little old and poor, the bed sheets seem a bit worn. There seems to be a leak under the faucet when the water is turned on. The front desk is closed before 7 and after 10, so we were not able to get some hot water or coffee."

"Good location, near the west gate of Huangshi, there is a big supermarket next to it. There is no service for the motel hotel. There is no bus to Huangshi West in Salt Lake City in the afternoon. I want to postpone my stay for one day or discuss the cancellation of a night order. The point is not that I don't want to, there is no bus! This attitude and the cold of Yellowstone led me to cancel the next two nights of accommodation, decisively choose to go to Salt Lake City!"

"This is probably the most modern and upscale hotel in West Yellowstone; the others are just motels. The rooms are large, but the facilities are older. I strongly recommend bringing your own hair dryer when visiting the US. Here, no matter how expensive the hotel, the hair dryers are small and old, and it feels like they're just trying to compromise on quality. The most incomprehensible thing about this hotel is that they charge a $15 per person surcharge, claiming it's for free hot water, popsicles, and cookies on the first floor (all of which are awful, cheap stuff). If it's free, why charge? And you can't even choose not to. Isn't that blatant robbery? Just compare it to the free fruit and candy offered at Four Seasons hotels in China. The difference is huge!"

"The hotel is very good! The history is clearly noticeable. We had a room with private toilet + bathroom. It was nice to have."
