Everything is usually ok, breakfast is decent but, is a noisy place at times

The door lock didn’t work. They knew about it. But still gave me that room.

Positives: location is off the highway; in room: hot water in bathroom. Negatives: second floor carpets dirty; in room: carpet also dirty, mini fridge didn't work, bed was uncomfortable to say the least. Felt unsafe as I checked out, very early and prior to breakfast, someone was sleeping in the hallway by elevator. The checkout process was confusing (virtual self checkout), and had to drop off key, but wasn't able to speak with an actual manager or front desk agent in person.

Clean and friendly

I stayed one night at this Best Western hotel. The room I stayed in was adequate as everything worked fine but the room furnishings and carpet were clearly not updated. The king size bed I slept in was comfortable and slept well after a long day of travel. The free breakfast in the morning did not seem to offer much variety (no fruit) and the coffee container was empty after coming back for another coffee. However, I didn’t get down there until 8:30am and it was busy. I found the staff there to be professional and friendly. The only issue I had was when bringing my luggage out around 10:35am, I came back to the room and neither of the card keys would work. Checkout time was not until 11:00? Thankfully I found a staff member on the floor I was staying on and she happily got me into the room so I could retrieve the remainder of my belongings. The location of this hotel was conveniently located off the highway with gas stations and restaurants in close proximity. I would go back there on future trips if it worked out to do so, as the overnight rate was reasonable and my experience there was adequate.

The hotel was extremely clean, great service when you’re about to leave you actually check out at the kiosk or when the representative is the front desk, you get a continental breakfast every day during your stay they also have a small gym if you’re are a smoker you have to go outside they require a $50, deposit but you will get it back as soon as you check out but overall it was a great experience 😃

Fair-Average. Carpet needed better cleaning and tub drain was clogged.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant.

Not bad for the price . Close to main highway
