We had a late flight and arrived to hotel late. Couldn't get in and nobody ar the front desk even though 24 hour check in. Called from phone in there doorway and was told charged extra night for no show even paid in advance. Finally a patron let us in and waited in lobby. We finally didn't get into our room until 6am. It was about 2 to 2 1/2 hours of waiting .I asked for compensation because the manager said she was upstairs trying to keep kids quiet. She supposedly credited my account. Upon checkout, per a different manager,I found out it went back on ******* not my account. I did get a free night to use within a year, but not sure I want it. It was dirty, we had a broken chair, noisy with screaming man and crying baby, and a smell I am not used to.
