Beautiful Space, Significant Issues, Disappointing Host ResponseThe home has a gorgeous, open layout and we arrived genuinely excited. Unfortunately, that excitement faded quickly as issues mounted throughout our stay.On night two, we discovered dead bugs and wings along the baseboards of a bedroom and bathroom, forcing us to close off both rooms — a significant loss for a group of five. The pool was filled with debris the entire stay and was unusable, despite being an amenity we specifically booked for. A broken backyard lounge chair nearly injured one of our guests.We were provided only 1–2 towels per guest for a 3-night stay. When directed to wash them, we found dishwasher tabs where laundry supplies were supposedly stored — the listing advertises these as provided. We had to DoorDash detergent ourselves. Additional issues included a clogged sink and non-functioning LED mirrors.We raised everything with the host during our stay. He was communicative but unable to resolve anything before we left. The guest support portal was unreliable, and the host often lacked clear information about his own property. When we requested a partial refund, he declined — describing these as "minor issues that didn't prevent occupancy." Losing a bedroom, bathroom, and pool access for five guests is not minor.We're sharing this alongside photos so future guests know what to expect. With better upkeep and accountability, this could be a wonderful property.

We had a great time to celebrate my daughter Graduation! Property has a good location, big house, quiet area. Communication with Salvatore Ross was excellent!

House is fine and spacious. However, house was not as clean as we would have liked. Furniture is run down and dirty. Kitchen is poorly equipped at best (bring your own knifes, cutting boards and tea towels). Host was friendly and helpful. Overall overpriced.

House was extremely clean and enjoyable! View from balconies were amazing. The host kept in quick contact With acquisitions we had which was amazing! Only downside was that the hot tub/spa was not actually heated so it was same temperature as the pool other than that amazing experience.
