Die Freundlichkeit sämtlicher Mitarbeiter dieses gemütlichen Hotels ist nicht zu toppen !!!!
Essen in der Bierstube sehr zu empfehlen.
Reisezeit Januar ist für Westerland sehr angenehm für mich gewesen- Gäste sehr entspannt…
Ich kannte dieses Hotel vorher noch nicht, aber ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Zimmer war nicht sauber Staub am Boden und die Ecken im Bad waren auch dreckig. Sehr oberflächlich gereinigt,es wurde der Dreck vom Boden raus auf den Flur gefegt,der Föhn ging auch nicht. Waren nur 2 Übernachtungen von 3 dort,sonst hätten wir uns beschwert.Da hat schon länger keiner das Zimmer kontrolliert. Fenster waren auch undicht hat reingezogen ohne Ende. Trotz Bahnstreik sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren und mussten 1Tag obwohl wir früher abreisen bezahlen. Nicht Kulant vom Chef. Hier ist die Devise wer kommt hat Pech der muss bezahlen wenn er früher abreist als gebucht Pech gehabt der bringt noch Geld. Die wo gar nicht kommen durch den Streik die haben keine Stornierungskosten.

The hotel has retained the charm of the 70s/80s, which gives the whole thing an interesting a**osphere. We thought it was nice. The room was very large, on the 7th floor with a direct sea view. This was the most important thing for us. The staff at reception were efficient and friendly. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with a large selection and perfectly soft-boiled eggs! The staff in the breakfast room consisted of Polish service staff who spoke good German and did their job really well! They were on the ball when clearing and refilling the buffet and were extremely friendly! That always made for a very nice start to the day! The location is perfect. We would love to come back!

Beim Betrachten der Bilder dachte ich "Oh Gott, was hat meine Firma hier gebucht!" Es ist richtig, wer auf cooles Design steht wird hier nicht glücklich werden. Wer jedoch, so wie ich, auf funktionale Räume in angenehmer Größe, auf eine Heizung für den Winter, statt einer Klimaanlage mit ewigem Geläse und Lärm für die paar heißen Sommertage steht, wer Fenster zum aufmachen (hier gleich mit Balkon!) liebt, der wird dieses Haus schätzen lernen! Das 70er Jahre Interieur fühlt sich nach kurzer Zeit richtig heimelig an, nur die (moderne) Duschanlage im Badezimmer würde eine Glasabtrennung vertragen; hier wurde Zeit-typisch die Funktionalität dem Design untergeordnet und so schwimmt das ganze Bad nach dem Duschenvorgang. Zu guter letzt muss auch das hervorragende Frühstück gelobt werden, das es allerdings nur in Blockabfertigung zu genießen gibt. Alles in allem, wesentlich besser als erwartet (befürchtet) :-)
