Wir waren von Freitag bis Montag hier und haben jeden Tag genossen. Das Maisonette Apartment war sehr geräumig und bot reichlich Stauraum. Der Empfang war herzlich, ebenso wie der Service an der Bar. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig, mit köstlichen, zahlreichen Brotsorten. Auch der Frühstücksservice war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Unser gesamter Aufenthalt hat uns erstklassig gefallen. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Der beste Platz auf der Insel für einen entspannten Winteraufenthalt. Die Nähe zum Zug und gleichzeitig zum Meer lässt uns immer wieder gerne hierher zurück kommen. Die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter verdient es besonders gelobt zu werden.

Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage. Liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal - hat alles gepasst. Die Grösse des Wellness Bereichs passt gut zum Hotel, könnte nur etwas sinnvoller aufgeteilt sein. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung aber top

Von außen ist das Hotel wahrlich keine Augenweide. Dass fällt allerdings in Westerland nicht auf. Die Bausünden sind die Regel. Die Lage direkt hinterm Deich an den Ausläufern von Westerland ist gut. Das Haus ist gut geführt. Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben. Freundliche Angestellte. Die Komfort Suite im Haus 2 hingegen ist nicht empfehlenswert. Zwar ist die Maisonette-Idee des Architekten ganz schön und gemütlich. Nur will man im Urlaub wirklich das Licht einschalten, wenn es Zeit zum Aufstehen ist? Der Blick auf die Notfallleiter verleiht keine Urlaubsstimmung. Der Begriff Souterrain kann grundsätzlich in Beschreibungen für kellerartige, ganz unter Geländeniveau liegende Wohnungen mit beschönigender Funktion als Euphemismus verwendet werden, wenn die entsprechenden Bauordnungen dies zulassen. Was vermieden werden sollte, ist das Zimmer mit 4 Personen zu buchen. Die Matratze der Ausziehcouch hat die treffsichere Qualität zum Rückenschaden. Da sind die Schlafnischen unter der Treppe eine Alternative. Nur wer schläft über Kinderalter schon gerne unter der Treppe? Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.
