I drop one star from my rating due to these things: - Location: Not good. Maybe some people like Westerland, but I don't. It's much, much better, nicer, classier, Kampen or Keitum. Westerland is not an upscale village/neighborhood. Is it not fancy at all. I was expecting that maybe it's why I was disappointed with the location. - Views: I am not sure if there is any room with a good view (I don't think so considering the hotel's location). But, my room has terrible views. - Sauna, Spa: Just average from what I've seen in other similar hotels/spas in Germany. - Gym: Average. Nice but too small and limited. Now the good things: - My room was very big with a nice decor. Super big bathroom which I love and super clean. The towels were another downside. Not luxury hotel towels level. - The hotel in general, the social living rooms, the corridors are super cozy and nicely decorated. - I didn't eat breakfast so can't say anything about it. - Service ok, not outstanding.

Ich war zum 2. Mal nach 2022 im HSH und ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Einzelzimmer im 1.Stock, es war perfekt, sehr sauber…einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Das gesamte Personal ist sehr auffallend freundlich und zuvorkommen. Ich bevorzuge eher Frühstücksbüffet aber ich freue mich jeden Tag auf den perfekten Tischservice im HSH und genieße das Frühstück! Wellnessbereich ist ein Muss an Regentagen, großzügig und top gepflegt. Ich war zum 1. Mal in der Hotelbar Hardy‘s mit Freunden…wir waren begeistert vom Ambiente, von der lockeren und dennoch zurückhaltenden Art des Personal und den Cocktails…absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel ist ein sehr angenehmes Haus. Gepflegte Einrichtung, super Lage im Zentrum von Weserland. Transport vom Flughafen und Empfang sehr freundlich. Wir fühlten uns willkommen. Die Suite zweckmässig und Eingerichten und in einem wohnlichen Stil möbliert. Wir haben das Restaurant Hardy`s und Bistro ausprobiert. Das Hardis ist gehobene Küche, delikate Speisen schöne Weinkarte. Der Service sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Bistro etwas einfacher aber auch von sehr guter Qualität. Unser letzter Besuch liegt einige Jahre zurück, die Qualität des Hauses ist zum Glück geblieben.

Der Hotel pass meiner Meinung nicht mehr in die Zeit. Alles ein wenig aufgesetzt. Man möchte gerne 5* sein, aber das ist nicht möglich. Beim Frühstück wird man zwar bedient, aber die bestellten Dinge kommen nicht immer. Ob diese Art der Darreichung noch in die Zeiz passt???
