Super empfehlenswert! Einfach Klasse! Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist außergewöhnlich, man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. Individueller Luxus auf höchstem Niveau! Trotz Hauptsaison waren wir mittags allein im Spa und genossen Sauna und Pool. Gern wieder.

Beach location with a view of garbage cans and walls, rooms in need of renovation and staff who are completely untrained in hospitality. Less is not possible. A pity. It could be great. Outdated tradition with unfriendly staff in dirty, old, black uniforms.

Wir waren heute Abend im Restaurant des Hotels Miramar essen, die Speisen sehr sehr lecker (Vorspeise, Hauptgericht, Dessert) Preis- Leistung Top. Schade das der Service nicht annähernd das Erfüllt hat, was man erwartet, der Oberkellner war zwar nett und zuvorkommend, hatte aber wohl nicht seinen besten Tag (Wein wurde nicht rechtzeitig nachgeschenkt, Weinglas des Gastes der keinen Wein getrunken hat wurde nicht abgeräumt, beim abräumen fiel eine Dessertschale zu Boden, leider erfolgte noch nicht mal eine Entschuldigung). Wir kommen aber auf jeden Fall wieder, das Essen hat den Service ausgeglichen

I have rarely slept so well. A fantastic bed and a wonderful staff.
What was a disappointment was the food in the restaurant, which we were really looking forward to. The menu started very promisingly with an extremely tasty tuna tartare on wasabi puree. The duck breast for the main course was good, but more of a pub than a grand hotel. And the dessert was simply an outrage: a cocktail glass with an almost rock-hard boiled run-of-the-mill vanilla pudding with a few completely tasteless raspberries and actually canned whipped cream. Terrible!
I have to say this clearly because we politely used the word "disappointing" to the waiter, which he didn't understand because the answer was "ok". Not a word of apology, no offer to exchange and unfortunately definitely not a 5-star hotel!
It's the details that make a stay unique. For the positive or for the negative.

I stayed in a suite with sea view.
The staff were kind and nice.
I was unable to use it due to poor internet connection.
Dinner can be eaten at the attached restaurant while watching the sunset, so we recommend making a reservation in advance.
Breakfast had a special menu every day of the week.

Wunderbar nah am Strand. Intérieur im Jugendstil/Biedermeier Stil eingerichtet. Gediegenes Ambiente. Sehr sauberes Haus. Personal sehr professionell und freundlich. Leider darf aufgrund einer Ausnahmeregelung in der Bar geraucht werden und der Qualm zieht durch das Haus ab. Somit auch durch die Zmmer. Sehr, sehr schade! Trotz vieler aufgestellter Aircleaner bleibt der Tabakgeruch.

The reception is very friendly and efficient. The staff, especially the chef restaurant (Mr. Heuer) is perfect. Old school with a good dose of humor. The room was ok, not very big and the bathroom was small, but equipped with everything you need. The beds are excellent, everything is very clean. The breakfast, partly buffet, partly à la carte, is varied and of the best quality. WiFi doesn't deserve 5 stars, very slow, TV not working and this for a week. Sauna cannot be used because showers do not work and the steam bath is broken. Shouldn't happen at this level. In general, the hotel is getting old and would need a refresh. Price-performance not ok in my opinion.
