I stayed for a full week at the new brookfields hotel and I loved my stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Their food is very good and has a long list of choices. Breakfast is usually the same all week, but has lots of choices. I would definitely visit the hotel the next time i am in freetown.

I give it 5 stars, thanks to the kind service particularly from the two ladies at front desk (shout out to Agnes!). They were very accommodating and helpful, always solution oriented, kind and respectful.
Location wise - the hotel is close to many of the offices I needed to visit which was convenient.

Very high standard of rooms and food service here. Great poolside bar/cafe and very nice pool. Breakfast is great with lots of options. Area around the hotel is busy but close to government offices and accessible to downtown and for the routes out of town.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. But the only comment that there is no external haste inside the bathroom so you can wash your self after finishing because I am a Muslim and it's necessary to use it.

Todos los dias de mi estancia habian cucarachas en la habitacion y el cuarto se baño. Esto no lo permito por el precio tan elevado que pago por el hotel. Se lo comuniquè a la recepcion, y fumigaron el baño y la habitacion, pero seguian apareciendo las cucarachas. Deben ser conscientes de que tienen una plaga, y tienen que plante**** una fumigacion integral del hotel. De nada sirve fumigar una habitacion, si la habitacion de al lado tiene cucarachas. Y lo peor, estas cucarachas salen de nidos que deben de haber. Eso es antihigienico. En otros hoteles de la ciudad tienen esta plaga controlada. Ninguna queja del personal, todos muy bien. En otras ocasiones tenian maquina de cafè EXPRESSO. Ahora ya no la tienen, es una pena. REPITO: El precio es elevado teniendo en cuenta esas condiciones higiencias. Yo no sè si la gente que pone buena nota se ha dado cuenta de que hay cucarachas, por que imagino que no serè yo la unica persona que ha tenido esta mala experiencia. Ademas, la mala suerte por estar durante el curfew. El hotel tendria que cambiar esas importantes cosas para que yo volviera.

Con el precio que se paga, no deberian de haber cucarachas. La primera noche, me levanto al baño,....y....ahí habia una cucaracha mirandome. QUE ASCO!!... No la mate, por que me da asco. El segundo dia, lo mismo. El tercero mate 2 cucarachas e hice las fotos que cuelgo. Aviso a la recepcion de que fumigate,.....y nada....no fumigan. El hotel esta muy bien. Pero deberian de llevar a cabo un tratamiento anti cucaracha.

The best night I've spent out of my home this November❤️ It was absolutely amazing and breakfast was to die for. Loved it!! The pillows were very fluffyyy...also loved how I could access good music. My room view was spectacular.

Our group of 28 stayed at this extremely comfortable and modern hotel for a week. It was comparable to a U.S. Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Comfortable beds and nice pillows, good lighting and outlets for chargers, hot pot for making coffee/tea, glass top table and comfortable sitting chairs, modern bathroom with two sinks and nice shower, door alarm, and flat screen TV. Very clean and tidy with daily maid service. Dining room very nice with good food selection. Bar offered a variety of alcohol. Pool is beautiful. Gated and secure. I had a minor issue with the shower and toilet and maintenance was swift.

Brilliant hotel The experience gets better each time. I started staying at the hotel 3 years ago, the improvement over time is evident. Well done to the whole hotel team. The breakfast and apple crumble with vannila ice cream are my favourite.
