Not sure WHAT the noise was, but there was a steady grinding noise outside my window, which made sleep challenging. Shower in the morning had a max temperature of "tepid". Almost zero water pressure from the sink faucet. Decor was very nice and modern, and price was right, but too many things wrong to recommend this place.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Location of refrigerator and coffee maker in a cramped small space right next to the toilet is inappropriate and unhealthy. Water tap in the wash basin didn’t work properly. The water was either very hot or cold, no matter where you turned the handle. Getting warm water was difficult. No microwave in the room. Had go to lobby to use a very small size microwave. No enclosed bedside storage drawer. Housekeeper did not lay our bed because a t-Shirt was on the bed according to note left on bed. Floor was not vacuumed. The shower door has a gap when closed, allowing water to escape when showering. There was no functioning restaurant in the hotel as advertised. Overall functionality of the room is poor.

The shower is super slippery, there were kids running around like animals and the doors slam instead of closing gently. No wash clothes in the shower area and no garbage can. It was o.k but I wasn’t impressed for $270 for one night.

This place has a nice pool. I liked the room I had, although there are a couple things that could be improved. There’s no handicapped bar in shower and the shower floor was slippery. The staff hung the blow dryer from a hook on the side of the counter. I am an electrical professional and an insurance professional. That’s a good way to short out the cord over time. The wired in smoke detection blinked brightly all night (bring an eye shade if you want to sleep).

I loved the layout of the room. The lobby was very inviting with a bar, ample seating, gas fire place, and pool table. We didn't use the pool (didn't think to bring bathing suit), and if it had been warmer, they had a nice outdoor lounge area that would make a nice place to relax.

Power was out in the middle of the night. No AC. No power for my cpap. Can’t sleep at all without the cpap.

Elevator smelled like raw sewer the whole stay. Room was not the cleanest, all peepholes on doors for second floor covers were removed (found that weird) common area downstairs extremely nice inviting clean staff friendly!!! But rooms were out of body wash even after housekeeping. Room generally not clean bath vent full of dust, shower stall glass gets stuck on weather ***** which could cause another person to get hurt. Bathroom cleanliness score 3 beds 3 pillows 8 room layout 8

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and clean.
