Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris Hotel

I was here for a conference and I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. Gilbert went out of his way to make my first stay here top notch. It has been a long time since I have had the staff at hotel check in come out from behind the desk to personally hand me the key cards and go in depth about the amenities available at the hotel.He was also able to give us early access to our room, which was much appreciated. It was extremely clean and up to date. The lobby area was spacious and gave access to bar and restaurant. My husband joined my stay to work remote, and he enjoyed access to the business area and added benefit of the 24 hour access to snacks and drinks. The location provided a nice walking path around a pond and shopping and restaurants within a short drive. Felt like a very safe area. The food provided at my conference by the hotel was delicious and high quality. I would love to return and recommended that our organization return to the hotel!

Wonderful hotel with great decor and amazing service. All staff were helpful. We ate breakfast at their on site restaurant and it exceeded expectations. One of the best experiences at a hotel and we travel frequently! Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely clean, which made my stay very comfortable and relaxing. The reception team was outstanding – always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their dedication and professionalism truly made a difference. The food at the hotel was also exceptional. There was a great variety of options, all fresh and delicious, with high-quality ingredients. Overall, the entire staff was amazing – very polite, helpful, and committed to providing excellent service. You can really feel their effort to make every guest feel welcome and valued. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and outstanding service.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary the 18th and chose to stay at the Renaissance which we won’t regret!! The front desk staff was amazing, they treated us with a bag of snacks and made sure we had everything we needed! The rooms were clean and comfortable!!

1. There was consistent buzzing noise in the room. I was told it came from vent linked to fans on the roof. 2. The water pressure in the shower was bismal, took forever to get soap off the body. 3. Restaurant staff and food was excellent.

Very nice hotel. Bar/restaurant was wonderful. Had a great steak! The room was clean and comfortable. The gym was also in good working order and had plenty of equipment to keep me on track. Generally, I had a great experience and would come again.

We were in Columbus visiting friends and stayed just one night, but this hotel made a great impression. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely pleasant and helpful. The property itself is clean, bright, and very welcoming from the moment you walk in. Even though our visit was brief, we both commented that the hotel would have easily met our needs for a longer stay. A comfortable, well‑run place that delivers exactly what you want when traveling.

This was our second time staying at this property for a fundraising event held later that evening in the ballroom. I am a Marriott Lifetime Titanium member and have stayed at properties across the globe. The staff is outstanding, the 1-bedroom suites are very clean and well decorated. Parking was easy and free. We reserved a room for our daughter in law as well, she agrees with our sentiments. I strongly recommend this hotel. We had a late lunch in the restaurant in the lobby. Our drinks from the bar were great. The food was well prepared, and our waiter clearly knew the menu, explained details and made food suggestions. We had breakfast in the Concierge lounge, which had a wide selection; food that needed to be cold, was cold. The staff was helpful and relished the hot food often. The snacks were varied and well supplied during non-meal opening. Thank you! We are donors for the fundraising held here. The catering service, staff and the food (I had Salmon) at the event were both very good. I am sure we will host the event at the Renaissance Columbus Westerville - Polaris in 2027! I already have a suite booked for an event upcoming this summer.
