The room was spacious. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The entrance to the hotel needs to be improved. We have seen many guests who were confused by the entrance to the hotel.

The room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. It's about five minutes away from the busiest Queen street. There are also many restaurant options.
The nearest train station is Britomart, but since I didn’t buy a transportation card, I chose to go to Skycity and take the bus directly to the airport.

Walkable distance to city centre and many restaurants close by. The hotel is clean and room size is decent. One thg to complain about is the check out time at 10am (but we then realise it is the norm in NZ).

The hotel is perfect, everything is good, but I found a few live worms wriggling in the bathroom while I was taking a shower.
Everything goes so well, except for the worms during my shower in the bathroom.
I am so tired.

The room is large, the location is convenient, and the service is friendly. I really like this stay!
There is a parking service that costs NZD$30 for 24 hours, but I think there is a parking lot next door that costs $15 for 12 hours! Street parking is also easy to find
