Moi, j'ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. Placé devant la plage (dommage que notre chambre pourtant "de luxe" donnait sur le parking arrière. Hotel à proximité de tout (magazins, dunes, nature, restaurants, sentiers de ballades etc).. tout est accessible à pieds. Chambre et sdb très spacieuses et très jolies. Restaurant (très bon) et bar très agréables, très cosy, grandes terrasses face à la mer, magnifique coucher de soleil 2 soirs de suite! splendide.. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel est charmant et souriant. 2 ombres au tableau : Le petit déjeuner. quel dommage. rudimentaire, trop simple et industriel. Même pas une petite pâtisserie maison, une salaison du terroir, un produit local, un jud de fruit fraichement pressé, rien. Inutile d'attendre le verre de cava le WE; Un petit déjeuner ennuyant, décevant, mais suffisant pour débuter une longue journée. Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing où nous aurions attendu un petit déjeuner de dingue ! La location de vélo pour une durée de 6h est exorbitante. Nous n'avons pris qu'une journée.

Ik had dit hotel geboekt naar aanleiding van de verjaardag van mijn vrouw; het was één grote vergissing. Het hotel is uitgeleefd. De twee ingangen zijn verschrikkelijk vuil (zowel de ruiten als de talloze sigarettenpeuken op de grond). Op het nochtans mooigelegen buitenterras groeit het onkruid weeldig. Het ontbijt is ondermaats voor een 4-sterren hotel. Broodjes niet vers, onvoldoende keuze , kortom waardeloos. De "luxe-kamer" was helemaal niet luxe. Badkamer is compleet gedatteerd met de douche in het spiegelgladde bad. Het is de eerste keer dat ik boek in een Fletcher-hotel en meteen ook de laatste keer. Such a bad experience never again.

Terrible hotel .Hatefully rude staff. They have no class. You are a dog who pays €250. You have to listen they treat you like a dog. They threaten you. Never seen what a fool wanted to bash their heads in.

Wij komen hier vaker, tijdelijke de zonnige periodes. Hotel heeft een mooie uitstraling. Meestal nemen we kamer op landzijde. Kamer zeezicht is ook fijn, maar de zeeschepen richting Antwerpen of richting zee varen aan de voordeur voorbij. Altijd machtig om te zien. Maar in de nacht zou het als storend ervaren kunnen worden door het licht "bonkend" geluid van de motoren. Maar het blijft een super mooie plek. Eten in hotel is goed. Ontbijt redelijk sober. Maar niet verkeerd, ach het kan altijd beter. De laatste tijd wordt ik in het Engels aangesproken door het personeel, bij gebrek aan Nederlandse gastheren gastdames. Maar het blijft een plek ....hotel om terug te komen. In juni weer geboekt voor enkele dagen.

Room was not ready on time. Had to wait an hour. Small room with sea view. Very expensive compared to what you get for it. Good breakfast but very simple. Dinner tenderloin grilled on stone is delicious. Good sauvignon. Friendly service. Reception somewhat inexperienced. After breakfast the room card was blocked. No excuses nothing. The view was great... but those sea ships that pass right in front of you... no... they don't smell like the sea either. Vlissingen is also not pleasant. Boring village except for the large square.

After reading several "worse" reviews, I left for Fletcher Vlissingen with a slightly less good feeling. But this was really unnecessary. Beautiful hotel, great location, very friendly staff (both when checking in and out, or just walking past). Room was very clean, the view was really worth it. The breakfast was ordinary but okay. We come back :-)
