I paid for king bed they didn’t tell they were putting me in a room with a double bed I complain they told me they were Out of king beds

Great for kids, swim pool is accessible to room. Good for winter swimming vibes and the chocolate chip cookies are a 10/10

Forgot a shirt, the receptionist said the same thing every day to send me away, just didn't look for a shirt, very poor service

Small room, old facilities

I booked for two queen beds and it's two full beds it's cigarettes the floor the pool was down the Internet was not working. i’m totally dissatisfied..

0 out of 5. The tv didn't work at all. I went to ask for it to be looked at and no one came. I asked for towels on two separate occasions and only received 1 towel on the ground outside of our room door, so it was not useable. The smell outside of our door was unbearable. Overall not a good experience. I'd like a full refund of the two nights I spent there, along with my $100 deposit.

The room was dirty. There were empty plastic drink bottles in the tv cabinet. Dirty floors and carpet. Dirt on comforter. Food under the bed. Trashed lampshades in the room. Broken ice machine. Constantly small misbehaving children in the hot tub which is 18 and older. Ceiling tiles falling down in vestibule. Vomit in the elevator. Our room was never serviced or given clean towels. Trash all over the parking lot. Pot smoking everywhere outside.

Tired - overdue for a reno. Rooms are dark and furnishings are worn. Like many Doubletrees, hallways smell like pool. Sub-par breakfast buffet.

The walls were so thin, we could hear the people in the next room talking, and once the wedding they went to was over they partied until 2a.m., extremely loud. Also, the water prssure wasn't good for showering and the towel holder was falling off the wall, and curtain sheers were shredded. I would sleep in my truck before i stay here again.

The pool was closed for the first 3 days and opened for one day just to close again and pool was left a mess

Room 109 was so dingy. Carpet was pulling up near the entrance. Bathroom vent didn't work and was super dusty. Trim outside of bathtub was very dirty, dingy, and not waterproof. Looks like urine was all over the trim. Also, in the bathroom, there was a gross stain on the upper wall. Toilet drained very slow and stopped working. Tub water pooled while taking shower. I have pics if needed.

The room was dirty. Near fridge full of dust an trash .. room 231. Pantys were left in the unworking safe. The ice machine on our floor didn't work ended up lost looking for another. Also charged my card the morning of when I selected pay at hotel. Guaranteed with a card an intended on using another.
