been here 3 times good stay nice room..although roon 304 has a dead bolt lock tha t doesnt work and floor lamo has a short in it

For the price you pay would expect it to be alot cleaner and up to date. Poor lightning in room

Nice place

The check in process was not a good experience. When we arrived to the hotel the person at the front desk said we had two bookings. I kept telling the person we only booked for one room and I showed him on the app that we only had one booking for a king bed and sofa bed. So we get all that settled and go up to the room and we have a king bed and no sofa bed and it was a handicap accessible which I did not state I wanted. So we go downstairs and tell the guy and he gets the room changed. The worst part of this is they charged my credit card again this time 540 dollars and I had already been charged 340. So when I was checking out they only give me the bill for 340 and they said they did not see where the 540 dollars was taken out. So on ny bank account I showed where they had taken both charges out. They told me I would have to talk to a manager on monday. This is very frustrating and a inconvience. Secondly, the room had a mildew smell to it. The room was clean and the people were accomodating when we needed more towels.

Standard hotel/motel. Clean, pleasant, comfortable.

Loved this hotel. Comfortable. They thought of everything!!

Room not ready upon 4:00 arrival. Told to wait and then waited while room availability confirmed with housekeeping. Then proceeded to check in other guests even though our room was ready.
