We really enjoyed out stay here. Clean and nice rooms and quiet area. Tiara was our host and she is awesome, we had to extend our stay for 3 more nights and she was so helpful! We are planning another stay in June so we will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and well laid out. It even has a small electric fireplace, Front desk is only open from 8am to 8 pm. Housekeeping is once every 2 weeks. If you need towels, more soap, toilet paper, or the second garbage can (for kitchen) you have to go to the front desk. Went to use the oven on our last night - nothing to bake our pizza on. Worse, the oven had not been cleaned. The exterior of the buildings needs maintenance and paint. Good concept and very reasonable price - but. . .

The property was pretty well maintained. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of space. Parking was convenient and not an extra charge.
I was underwhelmed by the kitchenette in our suite - they're supposed to be usable, but I booked a stay for two people and found only one of each; a glass, a coffee cup, a bowl, and a plate. There were cooking utensils, but no pots or pans.

Well I never made it to this hotel as they canceled my reservation 2 weeks prior to my arrival date. I reserved this room over 9 months ago for the solar eclipse so I'm pretty sure I was one of the 1st to book. My guess is they were able to get a lot more than I paid since my reservation a long time ago. I tried on a number of occasions to reach the manager Isaac and he was never available. I was told I would receive a call back and never did until I fixed a complaint with Sonesta customer service. I consider myself lucky as the reviews are terrible. I will never stay at another sonesta property again as this wasn't my 1st issue. Beware and stay away.
