Extended Stay America Suites - Cleveland - Westlake

A nice little hotel woth a living room amd kitchen for a cheap price. This hotel is also closed to numerous restaurants as well as Crocker Park. Everything you need was in a few minute radius!

I thought it would be " breakfast" because thats what it states. It was coffee and a muffin. It should say on the website " togo" breakfast. This was one of the reasons I chose it, so that was a lil disappointing. The hallway reaked like ****, I didn't know there were smoking rooms. The front desk staff was cool.

We would appreciate if you could pay more attention to the cleanliness of the carpet in the rooms. Overall we like the experience and we would come back and recommend it to others.

Smelled like pee and ****. The room was pieced together and had spackle on the walls and the counters were missing trim. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. It was gross.

The stay was ok. There was no drain plug for bathtub and room was outdated

Nothing the place was not clean

Front desk guy was super nice! We arrived really late at night. Check in and there were bed bugs. 😭 Had to scramble and find a room big enough with 3 separate sleeping areas at 11 at night.
