I called four or five times and called different people, but they all said that they would call someone to clean the house immediately, but in the end they still didn't do it. Didn't take out the trash. There is no complimentary bottled mineral water in the room.
I only went to the front desk to ask for a bottle of water, but later I found out that the hotel actually deducted an additional US$3.50 from the deposit for water. Speechless😓

The room was clean with a recent renovation, but the bathroom floor
Garbage had not been removed.

Positives far outweigh the 'constraints' at this property...in particular, the staff are superb - helpful, responsive, and with a strong 'can do' attitude to resolving issues. While there are aspects to this property which are a bit dated, I prefer that any day to a more 'modern' spot with lackadaisical or uncaring staff. The team across the board here truly strives to ensure guests have a good stay. The common spaces are comfortable and gracious, and the outdoor gardens/pool are are beautiful and very well kept. The fitness center is superb (and surprisingly, seemed generally almost empty...). Breakfast service/ selection/ quality was excellent. While the rooms *are* slightly dated, they are also clean, nice bathroom/showers, comfy beds - in short, fully satisfactory. The location is convenient for the area, with ample parking. Wifi is weak, but apparently significant investment in improving that is coming. Overall, would recommend - and if you're unsatisfied at first, talk to the team here as they definitely exceeded my expectations for addressing any issues!

Dont expect “regency” experience. Minimalistic at best. I reserved a “Patio Room” and got a small sitting area with a view of hedges. Rooms have “tenement” lighting, very poor. Stark decor. I ordered the breakfast package and am told I have to pre order as everything is a la Carte….. go figure. Chose to stay here because it is close to the Regan Library… Never again.
