The toilet seat was broken and the manager refused to fix it. He did offer to move us to a different room but we were already unpacked. He could have changed the seat with any unoccupied room.
The breakfast provided was a joke. Cold cereal and bad coffee. No decaf coffee for my wife who is medically required to drink only decaf coffee. Breakfast at Mcdonalds down the street was a 100 times better.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and the 8 stars awarded by *********** should be remove.

It’s an older property but it was fine for one night. The bed was comfortable and the room was not too noisy. Price was good too.

When scheduling I noted I would not be in till about 2 am. I arrived at 130 and they were closed with no answer at the night window or phone number.
I was driving through the mountains and did not have reception when I was very unprofessionally texted "hey, call me. Its the hotel manager".
This is the first time I was able to actually get a reservation since they changed owners. Previous management was no problem.
