The TV hardly worked only a couple channels there was NO refrigerator

When I got into the room, the heat was not working properly. The staff member came right over to check it out. He immediately moved me to another room, which where the heat was working great. The staff is very friendly, and accommodating.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to each day, and the clean and well-maintained rooms made my stay even more enjoyable.THANKS BOSTON INN!

Stayed here for a weekend trip and it was fantastic. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. Loved the quiet location for the perfect stay in the place. Highly recommend!

The internet was super fast, no issues streaming or video chatting. The room had a pleasant, clean smell, not stuffy like some places. The bed was comfortable and the surrounding was peaceful making our stay more comfortable. The place is at the best location.

Horrible room! Filthy, smelly bed linens with hair and dirt on the pillow cases and in the bed sheets, broken furniture, missing tiles on the shower wall, cable TV didn’t come in clear, dirty floor/furniture/walls. Do not believe the pictures that are on the site!! The place is trash. I stayed 1 hour and left to get a room at the Best Western. Won’t get my money back because it was a non-refundable booking. Don’t waste your time or money with this hotel!
