The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. There was an older gentleman that was cleaning was very judgmental and kept asking about my appearance and would give me dirty looks any time I would walk in and out of the building. There wasn’t a call about check out. Over slept so I get an angry knock from housekeeping and when I asked about extending the stay she very rudely told me it was after check out and to go talk to the front desk. Besides the service the young tall man gave me I wasn’t very pleased with my stay. the bar of hands soaps were open. The bathtub was chipped which made it look dirty. The water wouldn’t fully turn off so it was leaking. It took me a while to be able to get the heater / ac to get going. The tv is basically a prop it doesn’t work and couldn’t get the cable box work either. When I did try to extend my stay everything was fully booked so I wasn’t able to extend in all honesty which was stressful but I fully understand that.

The room was filthy . Not vacumed , hair all over the bathroom , nasty food in the refrigerator, towels were stained . Also the internet was down for 8 hours .

This is my third time staying at this location , and the last for sure ! Must have changed housekeeprs , because it was absolutely filthy ! Also the internet was down for 8 hours , so no tv and couldnt use my laptop to do taxes !

Great location. Room and hotel were clean. Shuttle 120X across the street from hotel takes you to Union Station / airport for $2.75. Suburban area, nice restaurants, gas station watching distance from hotel. Friendly staff and safe area.

Last minute booking during a long drive. Stayed here last-minute after driving too far! Unfortunately, we were so tired we accepted a dirty room with beds that WERE NOT made with clean sheets. We covered the sheets with towels and attempted to get sleep.

The staff there has no problem initiating contact and relations with peoples wives while they have there backs turned or taking care of business I caught him hitting on my wife pretty much as soon as we got things settled and in our room he gave his personal number to my wife and kept pushing and messaging my wife every time he noticed I wasn't there while he was on shift trying to have relations with my wife not cool at all
