Amazing

We enjoyed it very much but it was much to pricey in my opinion

Awesome food, decent service. Nice room. Definitely geared towards young children. Lots and lots of young children and our teenagers did not have much fun. Children loud in the hallways at all hours.

Overall - I will start with saying that I do recommend the GWL for a family Vacation- as long as it's during the week. We stayed from holiday Monday to Thursday and while Monday was like a zoo, the rest of the days were amazing - crowd-wise. That being said, with so few people around, I expected a higher level of customer service. Not one staff member stood out to us as being super friendly or helpful. I had to ask for everything (not even the basics were offered - it's only that I read about the free wolf ears that I knew to ask for them). Also - be very mindful if you have a dining credit. When I checked my account 2 days after we left, the credit had not been applied. I had to call and ask for it. The water park is amazing and I have never seen lifeguards take their job more serious - top notch. Besides the water park, everything is a huge money grab, so be aware. The package we got included the soda slippers and we felt we got our $$ worth there. $15 parking per day is atrocious - especially since it's not close to anything and there are no other options. Food options on site are just ok. We brought groceries to our room and had most meals that way. Fitchburg itself is a nice area and we found a beautiful park nearby, so don't feel like you have to spend all your time in the resort.

Great Wolf Lodge is PERFECT for kids even the hotel is a little big. It is very cheap for ******* and go on the water slides a lot it’s just to fun, when I went, I went on the waterslides for like an hour and about 98 times you should definitely come to great wolf lodge!!

I have been going to great wolf lodge for around 8 years (same location Fitchburg). This is our first time staying two nights in a row and in a wolf den. I was highly disappointed as they charge for everything now. When we booked our stay the adventure pass was $50 per pass but now you have to get it for the whole room for $150+. I’m sorry but most adults don’t need the pass. Also starting last week so 5/6 they charge for parking $15 a day. That’s just insane when you pay so much for the room. Also was not told about this charge until I got to the hotel. The worker said that it’s to limit guest brining 10 cars for one room. Well if you’re worried about that then have the first one or two cars free and then start charging. Additionally you could tell that the pool areas weren’t the cleanest. You could see all the dirt and stuff on the steps of the hot tub. My husband was walking by the slides near the hot tub and almost tripped and fell on some sludge that was there. When it comes to the Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant (not the express) a person doesn’t even talk to you now you have to use the kiosk. Also you can tell that restaurant Focusing on the mobile orders instead of the orders there. Lastly, when we went last year and we got the adventure pass each kid got there own lanyard with there own discounts on it. This year there’s only one lanyard for the whole family and could only use the discount at the stores once. So you’re spending more money if you have more than one kid. The whole thing just feels like you’re getting scammed out of money and a face to face experience. This will most likely be my last year going, I hear there’s a new waterpark opening up down the street. So get ready to lose all your customers to that.
