Staffs not friendly, very little hot water for both shower and sink, dusty bed, very noisy refrigerator and heater sounded like heavy rain/storm outside.

The pool was the only positive even though the deepest depth was 3.5ft, great for kids. Reserved a room that sleeps 6 and was given a room that slept 4 - was told they were sold out and that they have no control over the room assignment. The room was minimally clean, empty bulk shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers with hair on them in the shower. The free breakfast was not edible, a staff member was microwaving frozen “scrambled egg” patties and sausage patties in the microwave provided for the customers. Cereal was stale. Very disappointed with this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay. The room was a good value. Breakfast was great. The room was clean except for minor dust on the lamps. I will come again.

My son tripped on a coat hanger in the hallway, stepped on a screw in the room, there were 2 cigarette burns on the comforter, the TV had lines on the screen with 2 remotes that only worked once in a while, low water pressure in the shower,

The sheets had blood on them, blood appeared “fresh” as it was very bright. Hair in all the beds. Ceiling tiles in hallway were black and disgusting.

It was ok but the hotel needs upgrades. The pool area was ok but the water in the pool was extremely cold.

Not clean even by a long shot! Walked into our room, dried piss on the toilet seat, obviously not vacuumed, looked like someone popped zits and smeared it on the mirrors. My sisters adjoining room was the same. Not to mention the rest of the hotel, halls, elevator etc were bad as well. We stayed here years ago when it was a nice hotel, too bad. Horrible!
